Shipping and Returns policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery times (aprox. 10 days for Italy, 20 days for Europe and 30 days worldwide) are indicative and may vary depending on destination and courier service. Chronis Watches is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

As packages are shipped from Italy, if the product is destined outside of the European Union, the customer may be subject to requests for payment of import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the country of destination. The demand may come from the courier on behalf of the government of the country of destination or from the government authorities, as customs policies differ from country to country.

Please be aware that international shipments may, on a random basis, be subject to cross-border inspections by local customs authorities.

If the receiver, refuses delivery an order, for any reason not attributable to the company, the package will consequently be considered abandoned and will most likely be disposed of by the courier company. In this case, the order will not be considered eligible for a possible refund by the company.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 15 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped in the original packaging.  It is required to use a tracking-enabled shipping service and use one of the major couriers such as: (UPS, DHL, BRT, etc.)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Chronis Watches will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the product. Products be returned damaged, used or not in its original condition will not be accepted.

In case of international orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by Chronis watches on behalf of the customer at the time of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund amount in case of a return.
