Customers have the right to return purchased products within 15 days from the delivery date without providing any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Chronis Watches will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the product.
